When will the Job Evaluation results be announced?
The results from the job evaluation will be announced to individuals after the national unions have agreed the outcomes.
The management, members and unions within the Council will sign off the scheme locally (expected to be ????) and then submit the results to the national unions.
Employees will not be informed about the result of their post until the national union has signed off the scheme. This could take several weeks, however, every effort is being made at the national level to speed up the process.
Individual post outcomes will remain private to the individual employee and will not be shared across the council. However, the council will produce structures with post titles and pay scales that will be published on the intranet.
