What if I disagree with the evaluation outcome?
If anyone is unhappy or does not agree with the outcome then in the first instance they should ask for a more detailed explanation of the scoring. It has been found that in most cases this answers any questions that the individual has about the evaluation and there is no need for a full appeal. The Evaluation Panel and Steve Traynor will provide additional advice on the criteria and scoring.
If you still disagree with the outcome of the evaluation of the job description then you can request an appeal. The Appeal Panel will be made up of Steve Traynor, a Union representative and a management representative. If you disagree with the outcome unfortunately from the appeal there is no course for redress.
