The training for volunteers will begin in ???? and from ???? the evaluations will begin. It is expected that all the posts will be evaluated by the end of ???? and a period will be allowed for examination and any appeals.

After ???? the payscales will be applied to the evaluations to ensure that across the council there is fair and equal pay based on duties and responsibilities.

Every employee MUST have their job description agreed with their line manager by ????. It is the job description that will be evaluated and not the person. The pay for the post will be the same regardless of who does the job.
